A recent August afternoon was the perfect time for some long overdue family photos in Charlotte. Covid kept this family from celebrating the holidays in late 2020. So, they celebrated Thanksgiving and Christmas 2020 in August of 2021.
Once they had a date for their reunion, the older sister contacted me to secure a spot on my calendar. Luckily after a rainy stretch, Vermont gave us a warm and dry summer day for these Charlotte family photos!
We decided the yard near one family member’s home in Charlotte, Vermont would be easy and beautiful. It was both!
Updated Family Photos for the Moms
I made sure to get some pics of Mom with just her kids. I hope this one ends up on the wall!
With a professional photographer on hand, each individual family was excited to get updated photos.
And, of course, the whole family photo!
A relaxed photo in the grass captured the vibe of this free-wheeling family reunion.
But, we had the most fun getting candid photos while they were relaxing and catching up during this Charlotte Family photo session.
I loved watching Grandma with her grandchildren! I could tell that these are very close to her. And, she was so excited to hold them tight! It was my favorite part of the this Charlotte family photo session.
If you know me, you know I love dogs. Bailey the Beagle is a sweet old pup who is very, very loved by her people.
Gallery Sharing made it easy for everyone to order wall art
Just a few days later, I emailed the finished gallery link to my client. It was easy for her to select and order a package. And, even easier for her to share the link with extended family. In fact, within a few hours of sharing the gallery her sister in another state already had a print order coming her way.
I always check orders before sending them off to the printer. I edit my images so they will look best printed at 16″ x 24″. (A big metal print looks great on most any wall!) When clients want a different proportion, like a 5″ x 7″ print, I double check the cropping before giving the thumbs up on the print job.
I love to see my work in print and to reconnect with clients. So, my local clients get their wall art hand delivered. I ship directly to clients from out of town. Either way, I always have a plan to get my clients both prints and digital images.
