Hi, I'm Kate! As a Stowe, Vermont Photographer I specialize in photographing families of all ages as well as dogs. From extended family sessions to senior portraits and pet photography, I help my clients feel at ease while I capture the seasons, stories and connections that are making this time in their lives memorable and important.
My work is inspired by the Vermont landscape and the loving connections my clients share. From Lake Champlain to the Green Mountains, the absolutely amazing scenery of Vermont is the backdrop for my photography. All of my work is outdoors and I love helping clients, including those traveling to Vermont, find the perfect location for their photo sessions. I will help you pose for a few classic portraits then guide you through some fun games while capturing more authentic and candid images you will treasure for decades.
As a mom of four and former teacher of almost two decades, I am very comfortable working with kids of all ages. Having worked with special needs students for many years in a high school setting, I hold a special place in my heart for those with special needs and constantly strive to make all my clients feel and be seen through my photography.
As a doggy Mama, I know that our furry pals are never with us long enough. I love photographing dogs at all life stages from cute puppies, to ever-so-silly adolescents, delightful adults and pups in their golden years.

As a Mom, I know that sleepless nights can be long, but the weeks are really fast. We blink and our kids have another birthday. If we are not careful, we might forget the baby curls, toddler outfits or that smile with braces.
I also know that even on the tough days, there is beauty. I'm always on the lookout for details that make this season special. I love to capture the loving connections between family members (even if those sibs sometimes disagree). And, as a Stowe Vermont photographer I know that my photos of your family will lead to lots of great storytelling for decades to come.
